RDS, a Strasbourg-based medtech startup, seeks a Software Team Leader to scale the MultiSense remote monitoring platform. You will guide software architecture across embedded, cloud, and AI domains, collaborating with the CTO and Product teams to support rapid US and European expansion.

You will champion engineering excellence, enforce ISO 13485 and IEC 62304, and drive secure, scalable solutions while working across Strasbourg and Palo Alto teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Python backend and API design experience.
• Familiarity with medical device software standards and GDPR.
• Experience with cloud compute and containerized deployments in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary software team across embedded, cloud, and AI realms.
• Drive agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and define project timelines.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance (ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate cross-functional work with product and quality teams.
• Represent RDS publicly at events and partnerships.
• Architect scalable backend infra on AWS with interoperability (FHIR/HL7).
