Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing or product marketing in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Regional marketing experience in France and Canada or comparable international markets.
• Experience working with direct commercial teams and executing marketing plans across multiple countries.
• Strong French and English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans driving growth for France and Canada.
• Analyze local trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning to shape regional strategy.
• Translate market data into actionable insights using MEKKO charts and market models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align campaigns and events.
• Support launches through DBS Launch Excellence with KPI tracking and post-launch analysis.
