Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive new business and expansion across a defined territory for our multi-modality population health AI portfolio, spanning breast, lung, brain, prostate, bone, and thyroid imaging.

This quota-carrying, individual contributor role sells to hospitals, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large imaging providers, guiding complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and shaping the commercial approach within pricing guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in healthcare tech or enterprise software sales.
• 8+ years quota-carrying sales in healthcare tech or imaging.
• 5+ years selling to hospitals/IDNs with multi-stakeholder deals.
• 3+ years selling software, SaaS, AI, or cloud imaging solutions.
• Proven sales quota attainment.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and pipeline/forecast discipline.
• Office proficiency (Microsoft).
• Executive presence and ability to sell to C-level and clinical leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI/value-based selling.
• Experience cross-selling across multiple product/service lines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; autonomous in remote environments.
• MBA or MS preferred.
• Experience across multiple service lines (radiology plus other areas) preferred.
• Familiarity with radiology workflow and enterprise imaging architecture is a plus.
• Experience converting on-premise to cloud subscriptions is a plus.
• Experience selling regulated (FDA-cleared) clinical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales responsibility for the population health AI portfolio in the territory.
• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with AI use cases and accounts.
• Prospect and advance opportunities with hospitals and IDNs through complex cycles.
• Coordinate RFPs, security reviews, and contracting with internal stakeholders.
• Lead commercial strategy to convert legacy installations to cloud-based subscriptions.
• Build relationships with CIO/CTO, CMIO, CFO, radiology leaders and population health leads.
• Develop ROI analyses and value-based proposals with product/clinical teams.
• Construct multi-year, multi-product commercial structures to maximize value.
• Own pipeline development, hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Customer Success for go-lives and expansions; share field learnings.
• Represent DeepHealth at industry events and mentor junior sellers.
