DeepHealth is seeking a Product Specialist to lead live demonstrations, educate customers, and promote our radiology workflow solutions. You will translate clinical needs into compelling demonstrations, collaborate with Sales for meetings, and contribute to RFPs and site visits.

The role requires deep knowledge of PACS/RIS, DICOM/HL7, and cloud-enabled healthcare IT, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Clinical radiology experience with strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
• Understanding of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or related clinical systems.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adapting to evolving technologies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Deep Health products, including capabilities, configurations, integrations, and new or upcoming functionality relevant to customer engagements.
• Develop and maintain reusable sales enablement materials, including presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting content.
• Partner with Sales to support customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions.
• Clearly communicate clinical workflows, technology capabilities, and solution value to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into customer-focused solutions for presentations.
• Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations.
