Manitou Group is seeking a Data eXperience Director to set the data strategy, govern data assets, and lead a global team across IT&D and business units. The role anchors data-driven transformation with a strong emphasis on governance, security, and value delivery.

You will lead about 25 people across six locations, manage budgets, and foster a culture of change and data excellence within the organization. Hybrid work is possible after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years in data leadership roles.
• Experience leading international teams.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the Data vision and roadmap.
• Lead 3 international teams and external providers.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security.
