DeepHealth is seeking a Demonstration Specialist to showcase radiology solutions through live demonstrations, driving customer engagement and sales.

You will translate clinical workflows into compelling demonstrations, collaborate with Sales, Product, and IT teams, and help validate deployments across PACS/RIS, DICOM, HL7, APIs, and cloud technologies.

This remote role requires travel less than 25% and a strong clinical imaging background.

Qualifications

Clinical radiology experience with knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
Understanding of radiology operations and imaging informatics.
Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or related clinical systems.
Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, interoperability concepts.
Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

Maintain expert knowledge of DeepHealth products for customer engagements.
Develop reusable sales enablement materials and demos.
Partner with Sales to support customer meetings and demonstrations.
Translate clinical workflows into customer-focused solutions.
Contribute to RFP responses and site visits.
Assist with configuring and validating demonstration environments.
Collaborate on troubleshooting workflow and integrations.
Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization tools.
Support product validation, implementations, training initiatives.
