Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Project Manager for Advanced Water and Cooling Systems (Water/Wastewater). The role is client-facing and remote within the USA, focusing on water reuse, waste heat recovery, non-potable cooling, and advanced water quality solutions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, prepare ROIs, permits, and contracts, and drive program objectives with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Chemical engineering background with water reuse or advanced cooling design experience.
• Experience in oil and gas, refining, or large industrial operations is a strong plus.
• Professional licensure (PE) or the ability to obtain it.
• Proficiency in industry relevant software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients for water, cooling, and heat reuse programs.
• Lead client projects across four focus areas: alternative cooling, advanced water sourcing and design, heat reuse, and water quality programs.
• Prepare contracts, ROM estimates, permits, landowner agreements, and establish relationships with purveyors; oversee construction projects.
• Scope and facilitate engineering studies; evaluate existing systems and propose improvements for performance and efficiency.
• Prepare permitting documents for water and wastewater use cases (NPDES, 404/401, USACE, Water Rights).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support SAAS tools and data analytics development.
