AllShore Talent is seeking a Product Owner for enterprise Adobe Experience Manager engagements across the U.S. and Canada. You will connect clients, engineers, QA, project managers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, incremental solutions leveraging the AEM platform.

You bring 5–10 years in Web/ECMS, 3+ years consulting, and a proven track record as a Product Owner or PM. A Scrum background, strong communication, and ability to mentor teammates are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Web or ECMS experience.
• 3+ years in client consulting.
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/BA, and Scrum Master/PM.
• Understanding of productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and CMS.
• Experience with Agile backlog management and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation.
• Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements.
• Experience developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and data migrations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality consulting services and lead ambassadorship in client relationships.
• Lead as the Product Owner for enterprise projects.
• Deliver services with deep AEM platform knowledge and best practices.
• Lead with expertise in Content and Web Experience domains.
• Analyze complex issues, identify gaps and propose solutions for client reviews.
• Mentor teammates from onboarding to complex implementations.
• Distribute knowledge and standard methodologies across the team.
