AllShore Talent is seeking a Customer Journeys Technical Consultant to lead complex marketing technology implementations, focusing on Adobe Customer Journeys across B2C and B2B customers. You will deliver through hands-on expertise with AJO, Marketo, Campaign, Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

You will drive personalization, experimentation, and optimization strategies, partner with Product and Engineering, and guide clients with prescriptive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with B2C and B2B marketing technologies, including multiple Adobe and third-party platforms.
• Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement marketing automation and customer journey solutions across B2C and B2B customers.
• Advise Product and Engineering with structured platform feedback and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive roadmaps.
• Provide industry insights, proactive recommendations, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, design, data, and execution.
• Support delivery frameworks, accelerators, and repeatable processes for better outcomes.
• Utilize Adobe AI technologies to enhance customer experience and outcomes.
