The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in public-sector or corporate purchasing, with strong English technical writing and knowledge of procurement rules.

Qualifications

• At least four years in public-sector or corporate purchasing with direct supplier assessment, bid comparison and negotiation responsibility.
• Category depth in IT, industrial goods or professional services.
• Strong English technical writing and knowledge of procurement rules.

Responsabilités

• Develop purchasing cases involving requirements, bids, supplier evaluation and negotiation.
• Review requests for proposals, quotations, bid matrices and contract choices and explain the commercial/operational reasoning behind defensible procurement decisions.
