IXO Turn Portuguese and English recordings into reliable written language data. The role involves listening, transcript creation or correction, annotation and a final quality review of the output, with a strong emphasis on faithful language data and metadata fidelity.

Qualifying candidates combine native Portuguese with transcription experience, plus willingness to resolve ambiguities and manage multiple assignments in a remote work setup. Prior AI-related work is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese with transcription or annotation experience
• Comfort with bilingual Portuguese-English content
• Attention to detail in proofreading and metadata tagging
• Ability to resolve ambiguous cases and flag issues

Responsabilités

• Capture spoken content accurately under the assigned transcription convention
• Compare drafts against the recording and repair missing, incorrect or inconsistent text
• Review punctuation, formatting and language choices without changing the intended meaning
• Retain meaningful speech context and add the metadata and notes specified for each assignment
• Flag unclear audio and unresolved ambiguities with a useful explanation
• Apply updated guidance consistently and report recurring tool or workflow problems
• Deliver corrected transcripts, required labels or metadata, and review notes as specified by IXO
