Jobgether is seeking a Podcast Video Editor working with a partner company in France to shape high-quality, YouTube-first podcast content. You will transform multi-camera recordings into compelling 60–90 minute episodes with precise editing, clean audio, and dynamic pacing, while identifying strong moments for social media.

Remote collaboration, flexible schedule, and portfolio evidence are required; initial project is single-episode editing with potential for ongoing work as the podcast grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form podcast content for YouTube-style productions.
• Portfolio with relevant podcast editing samples is required.
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and basic audio post-production.

Responsabilités

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into 60–90 minute long-form episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts, natural transitions, and paced storytelling.
• Balance dialogue audio for clear, consistent listening.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments for social media clips.
• Create rough timelines for vertical social media cutdowns.
• Apply B-roll and overlays to strengthen storytelling.
• Maintain organized project files and follow feedback revisions.
• Deliver edits on agreed timelines and quality standards.
