Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Playable Ads Chapter Lead to guide our playable ads chapter within the Central Growth Team. You will lead key initiatives, stay hands-on in production, and drive innovation in playable ad formats across titles.

The role combines technical leadership, growth-minded marketing, and mentoring of a small team. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a globally diverse team and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in playable ad or game development.
• Hands-on, maker mindset with ability to coordinate.
• Solid understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics and creative testing.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach peers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a small team of playable ads developers/strategists embedded within franchise squads.
• Stay hands-on with playable ad production and contribute to high-quality creatives.
• Oversee workflows, tooling and best practices for the playable team.
• Drive innovation in playable ad formats and test new mechanics.
• Collaborate with Growth Manager and creative strategists on priorities.
• Benchmark competitors and analyze data to improve production quality.
• Act as a technical/strategic reference for development and marketing topics.
• Support rollout of playable ads across multiple franchises.
