Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance Video Editor to craft short-form ads for Meta campaigns, transforming scripts, footage, and AI assets into persuasive content that drives customer acquisition. This fully remote role reports to the VP of Growth, emphasizing quality, iteration, and data-informed creativity.

You will manage projects in ClickUp, produce about six videos monthly, and explore AI tools to enhance production.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of hands-on experience creating/direct-to-consumer paid social ads, with demonstrable results.
• Experience editing UGC-style ads and understanding engagement techniques for paid social content.
• Strong storytelling instincts: identify hooks, control pacing, purposeful cuts, and sound design support.

Responsabilités

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads (1–2 minutes) for Meta campaigns, including UGC-style content and AI-generated assets.
• Transform scripts, raw footage, and assets into persuasive content with hooks, pacing, storytelling, and sound design.
• Create and refine video concepts to capture attention quickly and maintain engagement for direct-to-consumer acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes as needed to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure captions match scripts with high accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Incorporate VP feedback and apply lessons to improve future outputs.
• Monitor ad performance and use insights to inform future creative decisions.
• Manage projects independently after onboarding, organize tasks in ClickUp, meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop repeatable editing practices and experiment with emerging AI tools to grow in-house capabilities.
• Produce approximately six videos per month, balancing quality, iteration, and performance.
