Belcan Corporation is seeking a Remote Electrical Hardware Design Engineer to independently drive PCB layouts from placement to final release using Siemens Xpedition, working with cross-functional teams on high-speed digital, RF, and power designs.

The role emphasizes hands-on layout execution, design constraint management, and generating fabrication outputs, with opportunities to contribute to DFM and SI/PI optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PCB layout experience.
• Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition including placement, routing, constraint manager.
• Experience completing full board layouts independently.
• Experience with high-speed digital, RF, power, and mixed-signal layouts.
• Understanding of DFM, signal integrity, and power integrity.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on PCB layout using Siemens Xpedition.
• Execute full layout cycle: placement, routing, constraint management, and final release.
• Work with engineering teams to implement high-speed digital, RF, power, and mixed-signal designs.
• Apply and manage design constraints (impedance control, differential pairs, length matching, stackups).
• Generate fabrication outputs (Gerber/ODB++, drawings, documentation).
• Conduct and support layout design reviews.
• Resolve layout-related issues and drive design to completion.
