My Secure Advantage Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Financial Coach to deliver 30-minute one-on-one virtual sessions to employees of major global companies, fully remote from France. Coaches guide budgeting, debt management, and retirement planning while avoiding product sales and staying confidential. Sessions are paid in USD, with flexible hours and no weekend work.

You will choose topics, document outcomes, and maintain high professional standards in a supportive, education-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial coaching or personal finance education.
• Familiarity with financial systems in France.
• Knowledge across budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and home buying.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in plain language.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French.
• Proficient with a computer, basic software, and a CRM system to document sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for sessions.
• Warmth, empathy, and professionalism when discussing money.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members.
• Cover topics: budgeting, debt reduction, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, home buying.
• Provide unbiased education (MSA sells no financial products).
• Tailor each session to member's goals and starting point.
• Briefly document topics covered after each session.
• Maintain member confidentiality at all times.
