Troxell Insurance Agency seeks a Property and Casualty Producer/Insurance Consultant to attract and retain clients for Peoria/Washington, IL. This full-time, remote role includes travel to client offices and events as needed.

You will guide submissions, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships while meeting annual sales objectives. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Three years of prior work experience in sales, insurance or related field.
• Ability to pursue and close sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to handle shifting priorities and workloads.
• Willingness to learn about clients’ needs and industry.
• Ability to read and interpret policy documents and underwriting standards.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and teamwork.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Excel, Word) and Internet.
• Must secure and maintain insurance licensure.
• Travel to client offices and networking events required.

Responsabilités

• Works with service staff to complete carrier submissions and answer client questions about policy applications and acceptance likelihood.
• Maintains extensive contact with clients, insurance contacts, prospects and managers to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Monitors expiration listings and participates in renewal submissions with contacts.
