We seek a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing international team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate operations and expansion activities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the setup and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant with technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the CEO during European hours to ensure coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure tasks progress efficiently.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements.
  8. Identify operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically proficient, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical thinking and a passion for sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-oriented.
  • Motivated by challenges, independent, eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage multiple priorities.
