We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focused on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR leadership on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with senior leaders to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Approximately 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude: Comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset, passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, adaptable, results-driven.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
