We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the entire ecosystem and contributing to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems.
  • Adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to grow and take on responsibility.
  • Ability to see the big picture while managing details.
