European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem, contributing to the organization’s overall health and success. The ideal candidate must be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. Key qualities include trustworthiness with confidential information, excellent organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
