We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically proficient, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Energized by challenges, able to work independently, and eager to learn and grow.
