European Business Operations Manager at Endeavour

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team. This role involves working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This position is part of the critical support infrastructure that services our entire ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, highly organized, trustworthy with confidential information, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and in teams, and be self-motivated with a desire to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with senior leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept and comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
