European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company transforming the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and comfortable working independently and in a team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven, and energized by challenges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
