We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing international team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe.

This position is vital to supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem, contributing to organizational health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR to develop and implement organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the setup and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to manage technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours for seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities, ensuring tasks progress effectively.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically proficient; comfortable handling technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-oriented.
  • Motivated by challenges, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
