We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Assist in establishing and managing European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Support the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical thinking and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Motivated by challenges, able to work independently, and eager to learn and grow.
