Endeavour European Business Operations Manager

Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe.

This role supports the entire Endeavour ecosystem, contributing to the organization’s health and success. The ideal candidate is agile, professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. They should think strategically, work well independently and in a team, and be self-motivated with a desire to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
