We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting our ecosystem's health and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in interpreting and responding to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European business hours to facilitate seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attend daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution and responsiveness.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and present solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, results-driven.
  • Energetic, able to handle chaos and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
