We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing global team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams, focusing on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role supports the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the organization’s overall health and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Work with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support during European business hours to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure high standards of execution.
  7. Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed.
  8. Identify operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or a technical business role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, with the ability to interpret technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energetic, able to handle chaos, and productive with minimal supervision.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
