We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing international team, working closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. This role focuses on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities across Europe, supporting the entire Endeavour ecosystem to ensure organizational health and success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the establishment and management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business development goals.
  4. Assist the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant in managing technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European hours for smooth coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins to stay aligned on priorities, ensuring effective task execution.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically adept, comfortable handling technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical skills and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Energized by challenges, able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
