We are seeking a European Business Operations Manager to join Endeavour's growing global team, working directly with Endeavour's Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams. The focus will be on coordinating Endeavour's business operations and expansion activities throughout Europe. This role is part of the critical support infrastructure that services the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

The European Business Operations Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, has excellent communication skills, thinks strategically, and works equally well independently and in a team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to take on challenges, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Works together with the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Human Resources on the development and implementation of organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Supports the initial establishment and ongoing management of European offices and teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experiences across the pond.
  3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP, etc.) to efficiently align operations with sustainability and business development goals, ensuring project success.
  4. Works with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to interpret and respond to technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provides executive support to Endeavour’s Founder/CEO during European business hours to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Attends daily check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to stay aligned on priorities, ensuring tasks are progressing, whilst maintaining high standards of execution and responsiveness.
  7. Contributes to special projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements as directed by Endeavour’s senior leadership.
  8. Identifies opportunities for improvement and presents solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in business operations, project management, or a technical business function.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Technical aptitude; comfortable with technical issues or customer needs.
  • Quick learner with an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy; learns new systems quickly and easily.
  • Adaptable with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Energetic, able to handle challenges and make sense of chaos.
