Job summary

Quandela is seeking a Technical Support & Operations Technician/Engineer to monitor and maintain QPUs and hardware at customer sites, with remote support as needed. You will perform initial investigations, assist with maintenance, and train users in using our control interfaces.

You will contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, international setting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and travelling within France and abroad to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in instrumentation, applied physics, optoelectronics or related technical field.
• Open to technicians and engineers with relevant hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation and performance of installed QPUs and hardware at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostic investigations and classify issues for escalation.
• Provide remote technical support to customers and trained personnel.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance activities and post-maintenance checks.
• Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
