We are seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Refresh Engineer to join our team at a client’s facility in Combourg, Brittany, France. This is a six-month contract position with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users, supporting hardware and software installation, reconfiguration, and testing, managing support requests via ServiceNow, and sharing knowledge within teams.

Requirements include an IT diploma, 2-3 years of support experience, strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft OS, excellent communication in French and English, and the ability to interact with international teams.

Applicants should note that a valid EU work permit is required if not a passport holder of France.
