Implicity recherche un infirmier pour rejoindre l'équipe Clientèle dans le domaine de la santé. Vous superviserez le suivi à distance des patients cardiaques grâce à une plateforme SaaS innovante. Ce rôle essentiel implique la gestion des alertes, l'accompagnement thérapeutique et une collaboration avec divers professionnels de la santé. Qualifications

  • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en cardiologie, notamment en insuffisance cardiaque.
  • Anglais bon et français courant.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les alertes des dispositifs externes et surveiller les symptômes des patients.
  • Conduire des sessions d'accompagnement thérapeutique (optionnel).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec des infirmiers externes.

  • You hold a nursing diploma
  • You have over 2 years of experience in cardiology, especially in heart failure
  • You aim to build your career in Med-Tech / Health industry
  • Your English is GOOD and you are fluent in French
  • You are familiar with tools like Excel, Slack, Notion, CRM systems such as Airtable, etc.
Your missions

Our SaaS platform aggregates and processes data from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and connected weight scales. Managing this data helps monitor patients' clinical status. Our Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is rapidly expanding, benefiting more patients and medical teams daily.

You will join the Heart Failure Customer Success team, consisting of a Head of Department, a nurse, a logistic agent, and external nurses, to support patients with heart failure remotely.

Your responsibilities include managing alerts from external devices, conducting therapeutic guidance sessions (optional), monitoring patient symptoms, handling administrative alerts, and collaborating closely with external nurses.
