Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Communications professional to support call center operations, adverse event intake, and medical writing from a home office in France. You will handle drug information requests, translate materials, and liaise with QA and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, clear communications across European healthcare providers and patients.

The role requires a Life Sciences or healthcare degree, strong clinical background, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or healthcare related field.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• English C1 level and native French language essential.
• Strong translation skills and attention to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate English documents to target language or vice versa and respond to inquiries.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints and generate initial reports per SOPs.
• Utilise medical writing skills for adverse event narratives and responses.
• Coordinate with QA, Regulatory, and other teams on quality-related issues.
• Support market research, system development, and training projects.
• On-call responsibilities as assigned.
