Job summary

Grifols in Paris is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs professional to lead local strategies, build strong relationships with scientific thought leaders, and ensure high-quality medical information for healthcare professionals.

The role requires a biology/medicine background, 5+ years in Medical Affairs, fluency in French and English, and willingness to travel. It offers a permanent, hybrid position within an international, fast-paced healthcare company.

Qualifications

• University degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• PhD with advanced knowledge in immunology or hematology is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs.
• Strong scientific understanding and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement local Medical Affairs strategies in France, aligned with Grifols' strategic plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with scientific thought leaders in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Deliver scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Support and organize, when needed, scientific events.
• Support internal training programs for sales and affiliate teams.
• Attend and report on national medical conferences.
• Respond to scientific and medical inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical data presentations, scientific intelligence, and trial site identification.
• Manage Grifols Research programs at the country level, including ISR, RWE, research grants, scientific awards, and educational grants.
• Ensure the accuracy of medical content in marketing materials and participate in the sign-off process.
• Contribute to the development of internal procedures.

Who You Are

• You have excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• You speak fluent French and English.
• You are available to travel frequently.
