GDM Menuiseries is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities across France and international markets, blending strategy with hands-on execution. This fully remote role offers autonomy, direct collaboration with management, and the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for premium windows and architectural glazing products.

• Proven experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
• Strong knowledge of digital acquisition and lead generation.
• Good understanding of SEO and paid acquisition.
• Experience with analytics and performance marketing tools.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the overall marketing strategy.
• Managing digital acquisition campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media and other relevant channels.
• Coordinating the production of website content, landing pages, case studies and marketing materials.
• Improving lead generation and conversion across digital channels.
• Managing and developing the company's organic search visibility.
• Monitoring website performance, traffic, leads and marketing KPIs.
• Managing marketing agencies, freelancers and external partners when required.
• Developing presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Supporting product launches and new commercial initiatives.
• Identifying new acquisition opportunities and marketing channels.
• Analysing competitors, market trends and customer behaviour.
• Improving CRM, lead nurturing and marketing automation processes.
• Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.
