REMOTE Mandarin French Ecommerce Manager

This role is 100% remote for someone with an E-COMMERCE background and fluent FRENCH and some conversational MANDARIN! You will be working with the France-based team of one of the fastest-growing e-commerce businesses in the world. Your job is to research, locate, and engage with new suppliers & vendors with new products that will be sold on the site. You must have an e-commerce background and an established network of sellers/vendors and be able to leverage your knowledge of what sells/what doesn’t and which vendors are the most reliable and offer the best-in-class service and product spread. This role is very well paid, and there is an excellent career path for the right person.

LOCATION: 100% remote role based anywhere in France

LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent French and fluent English. Good conversational Mandarin

DUTIES:

1. Research, develop, and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform.
2. Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform.
3. Help vendors develop business plans (e.g., market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics).
4. Conduct market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online.
5. Assist vendors with plans to cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas.
6. Undertake data analysis of consumer trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

An established network of relationships with local sellers in France.
