Job summary

Homa Games in Paris is seeking a Lead Product Manager for our live RPG titles to own the end-to-end product roadmap, monetization, and LiveOps, starting with one flagship game and expanding as the portfolio grows.

You will lead a small cross-functional team of product, design and economy experts, align with UA, Publishing and studios, and stay hands-on with data and systems to drive growth and defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG.
• End-to-end ownership of an economy, progression systems or monetization roadmap.
• Humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA and external studios.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across live RPG titles, including core loop, progression, monetization and meta systems.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and the loop to bring players back.
• Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts to execute the plan.
• Oversee the monetization model balancing IAP and ad revenue growth.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA to scale acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with Publishing and studios to align on KPIs and delivery.
• Bring genre benchmarks and best practices to major product decisions; stay data-informed.
