Job summary

Cisco Isovalent is seeking a remote Customer Success Architect to join our distributed EMEA team. You will design, implement and guide production rollouts of Cilium Enterprise, building deep technical relationships with customer stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, creating enabling material, and collaborating with engineering and support to unblock complex customer issues. Strong OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud provider experience required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Kubernetes architectural components.
• 3+ years in helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies at scale.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep networking knowledge, including Kubernetes networking.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise.
• Engage with assigned customer accounts to accelerate their value realization by designing, implementing and guiding production rollouts.
• Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders and be a trusted advisor.
• Conduct workshops for customers on our existing and new product capabilities.
• Bring your customer's domain knowledge to collaborate with engineering and support teams to unblock customer issues.
• Help create workshops, training material, reference architectures, product documentation and any relevant artifacts that would help us provide additional value to our customers.
• Be continuously passionate about technology and provide informed opinions on OSS, Kubernetes and cloud providers to build enterprise-grade, scaled solutions.
