Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for Packaging & Listing Images with an e-commerce focus. The role is fully remote and freelance, based in France, offering long-term collaboration and exposure to health, wellness, and lifestyle brands.

You will transform wireframes and brand guidelines into production-ready assets for packaging, listings, and branded digital content, maintaining consistent design systems and templates across multiple brands and variations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail in layout, alignment, margins, spacing, typography, kerning, and font consistency.
• Proficiency in Canva for template-based design workflows and Amazon listing assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for packaging design and dielines.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual execution, precise layouts, and careful typography/spacing.
• Strong organizational skills with well-maintained libraries of assets, fonts, templates, and design files.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and turn wireframes into production-ready deliverables.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proactive mindset to improve templates and fix inconsistencies.
• Good communication and collaboration, able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Midjourney and AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
• Interest in e-commerce, Amazon marketplaces, packaging, and digital product marketing.

Responsibilities

• Turn wireframes and briefs into polished Amazon listing images and ads.
• Finalise and maintain packaging designs across brands and variations.
• Maintain templates, layouts, typography, and design systems across Amazon listings.
• Prepare production-ready packaging files with correct dimensions and specs.
• Work with dielines, layers, and print production requirements.
• Assist with Amazon A+ Content and digital advertising materials.
• Review designs to fix alignment, margins, kerning, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Organize and maintain design libraries and assets.
• Refine designs and templates, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
• Incorporate feedback and work independently with strong attention to detail.
