Your responsibilities and impact as a Jewelry Customer Specialist will be:

• Assist with customer queries via various channels including phone and emails

• Handle tasks such as order upselling, troubleshooting, managing fraud orders, and processing returns efficiently

• Proactively inform customers about available promotions and discounts, enhancing their shopping experience

• Ensure and participate in the success of the department

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are a native Dutch speaker with excellent English (C1 level)

• You are client and quality oriented

• You are highly reliable, adaptable and flexible

• You have troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills

• You are open to work and live in a very multicultural environment
