We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include providing technical support to partners, distributors, and clients, both remotely and on-site, assisting with training, troubleshooting, and onboarding new partners. The role involves developing training materials, supporting sales as a technical expert, and traveling to client sites and trade shows.

Requirements include a degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related field, at least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support within surveying or GNSS, fluency in French and English, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel.
