Le candidat jouera un rôle clé dans l'assistance technique, la formation des partenaires et la résolution de problèmes liés aux produits. Cette position exige de la mobilité pour des formations et présentations, ainsi qu'une expertise technique en géomatique et GNSS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en service client ou support technique.
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à un niveau professionnel requis.
• Compétences en présentation et en enseignement lors de démonstrations techniques.

Responsabilités

• Offrir un support technique et une formation aux clients via divers canaux.
• Analyser et résoudre les problèmes de produits en effectuant des tests et en identifiant des améliorations.
• Assurer l'intégration et la formation des nouveaux partenaires.

Established in 2018, our US subsidiary is a critical pillar of CHCNAV’s international strategy, tasked with driving diverse, high-impact initiatives that advance our global footprint.We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our technical support division, you will spearhead processes and tools to deliver exceptional support experiences for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients—playing a pivotal role in strengthening trust, reliability, and long-term business growth.You will also serve as a technical authority, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering on-site support at partner/customer locations for training, demos, or problem-solving. Ensure the successful onboarding of new partners from both a hardware and software perspective.Provide timely technical support and training on product needs and issues via email, phone, web conference and in person.Perform problem analysis to resolve product related issues including follow-up, testing, troubleshooting and identifying bugs and possible enhancements.Support sales functions as a technical expert/consultant for surveying.Develop and update training materials.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of effective experience in customer service/technical support or technical training in surveying, GNSS, positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying...Fluency in French and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.Presentation and public speaking skills, including training and technical demonstrations.There are some travels required in this role - including travel to a business partner or customer locations, trade shows, visit strategic accounts, other regional trips to support CHCNAV France team.A job in an international result-oriented company where you can make full use of your skills.
