Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for debugging guidance of regional products, organizing technical training, maintenance, and upgrades (including inverters, data collectors, and management systems).
- Conduct product technology and solution work such as photovoltaic inverters; draft and review technical agreements; provide project technical information; draft and review technical bids.
- Collect and analyze medium- and long-term customer needs for products; contribute to product planning and development; participate in the review of photovoltaic inverter product development and iteration.
- Manage market interactions, gather and analyze intelligence on photovoltaic inverter products, and provide technical support and customer assistance regarding market demand.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; product development experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English for work purposes, native-level proficiency in the local language, and multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive in understanding customer feedback and meeting customer needs promptly.
- Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment.
