Established in 2018, our US subsidiary supports our international growth. We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will deliver support to partners, distributors, and clients, both remotely and on-site, and assist in onboarding new partners. Your responsibilities include providing technical support via email, phone, and in person; analyzing and resolving product issues; supporting sales with technical expertise; and developing training materials.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related fields; at least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support in surveying, GNSS, or related areas; fluency in French and English; strong presentation skills; and willingness to travel for work.
