Established in 2018, our US subsidiary supports CHCNAV’s international strategy with high-impact initiatives to expand our global presence.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will lead processes and tools to provide exceptional support for CHCNAV partners, distributors, and clients, enhancing trust and business growth. Your role includes serving as a technical authority, resolving inquiries, providing on-site support for training and demos, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners.

Responsibilities include providing technical support and training via email, phone, web, and in person; analyzing and resolving product issues; supporting sales as a technical consultant; developing training materials; and supporting technical demonstrations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GNSS, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or training in surveying, GNSS, positioning/navigation, LiDAR, unmanned surveying, GIS, or land surveying.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, including training and demos.
  • Willing to travel to partner/customer locations, trade shows, and regional visits.
