We’re hiring an International Sales Manager having a previous or current experience in the advertisement industry AND in tech / SaaS industry on behalf of a French SaaS company that empowers advertising players across the globe to accurately measure and optimize the ROI of their campaigns with their Data Analytic solution. Their platform combines advanced technologies with a unified methodology to deliver key performance insights—all within a privacy-conscious environment.

As a trusted partner to hundreds of global advertising professionals, this company is redefining advertising effectiveness—and now they’re looking for an International Sales to support and grow their client portfolio in EU market.

Your Role :

As an International Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of business growth. Working within a focused team of four Key Account Managers, you’ll manage around 30 strategic clients, including major players in adtech, sales houses, and DSPs. Your main goal? Strengthen retention, uncover growth opportunities, and expand your book of business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts, maximizing revenue through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your clients, maintaining strong relationships and driving renewals and expansions through a target of five in-person meetings per week.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing insights across internal teams to inform product and market strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by aligning their goals with the value delivered through the platform.
  • Use Salesforce to manage and track account activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly recurring revenue growth targets.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales with regular performance check-ins on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Preferred Background :

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, adtech, or subscription-based software services.
  • A track record of hitting targets and using KPIs to drive performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
