Job Title: IT Support & Infrastructure Refresh Engineer

Location: Combourg, Brittany, France

This role is offered as a six-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end users (administrative and operations employees) for desktop computers, applications, and related technology.
  • Interact with multiple levels of end users, managers, VIPs, and technical staff.
  • Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals according to client standards.
  • Install, configure, reconfigure, or reinstall software, including remote installation.
  • Perform IMAC functions, including installation and decommissioning.
  • Prioritize support and service requests using the "Service Now" ticketing application.
  • Train and share knowledge with internal teams on hardware and software usage.
Qualifications:
  • IT Diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT support/maintenance technician.
  • Good experience in user support.
  • Understanding of general IT services to support local and offshore teams managing network, IT security, servers, and telecommunications (mainly mobile telephony).
  • Strong Microsoft operating system installation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong desktop and workstation installation and repair skills.
  • Excellent customer orientation and sense of service.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in technical English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English with teams based in France, Poland, and India.
