Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring healthcare quality professionals as contractors to author and grade patient safety and quality scenarios used to test frontier AI models. You will author realistic quality scenarios, write reference answers with the methodology, and grade model outputs for regulatory accuracy and rigor.

This fully remote, async role offers $80–$120/hr, paid weekly via Stripe with no fixed hours and a minimum of 10 hours per week, enabling ongoing project work you can scale up or down as

Qualifications

• Clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification.
• 2+ years in healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement.
• Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis, or accreditation readiness.
• Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic quality scenarios from event report through corrective action plan.
• Write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis.
• Grade model output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy.
• Flag analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause.
